I really wish people would start to ask "Why do you want kids?" as casually as "When do you want kids?". It's a personal choice and the first one will make people think, because there are enough parents who are bad parents and some who shouldn't even have been parents to begin with. On another note... This road is quite a loss for the kids. You seem like really great teachers.

2:56 - As someone who WAS a professsor and had to quit because of a chronic illness, PLUS getting long covid because my immune system hates me, seeing what that does to my wife and how she is always there for me whatever it takes it just awesome. And back in 2015 we “got” the opportunity to switch roles when she had stage 3c breast cancer, which sucked, but it showed me what it takes to be a caregiver, which in retrospect was kinda awesome.

Also, there is a tradition in my family going back at least 5 generations that our wedding rings have MTYLTT inscribed on the inside, which means “More Than Yesterday, Less Than Tomorrow” which sums up your “I love you more” in a slightly different way!

Watching you pair is a delight, Kendra is full of life and wears her heart on her sleeve. Hailee is more serious and grounded but you both are a loving couple which is great to see especially from Kendra.
