Looking beautiful Caroline and can't wait for the book - do you cover retinol/similar for people with very sensitive skin? I am 54 and feel like I'm missing out - can't afford to see a derm (insane prices) but would love to try something anti-aging and to deal with hormonal acne flare-ups. Would Hada Labo Tokyo Anti-Aging Super Hydrator Lotion be a safe and sensible start for someone prone to sensitivities, eczema etc? Really hope your book can help someone like me with sensitive skin?
