Ive had many manual hot hatches and fast cars,   I now have a 220 trophy, its an absolute blast, best hot hatch ive ever had, the gearbox is fantastic especially in race mode, it feels like a proper little racer.

Great review. Very much appreciated. As I've recently been reading up on the Trophy however,  I noticed a couple of inaccuracies. It doesn't have a Limited Slip Differential (LSD), and, to clarify,  the paddles aren't 30% faster, they have 30% less travel to improve the feel of the change.On another note, I am interested to know whether the reviewer tried 'Sport' mode in auto to see whether that solved the issues he found with the 'Normal' auto mode?

Driven most hot hatches within this year and I have to say, the 208 gti is the nicest to drive, look at and one of the quickest... BUT IT'S NEVER MENTIONED!!

Previous generation was meaner looking, had a manual gearbox, which is a must in a hothatch!
