Friedricht Wilderness Park looks good to me - i'd take on that one on as i looks easy and just 2.9 miles - though i appreciate you said it is difficult. Update: have just been studying the Restoration Way trail - takes you on top of a rocky mountain - humm.
We have quality boots and a descent amount of experience from our rocky Lakeland mountains. I'm itching to go!!
