You are building such a beautiful home. It has such a warm inviting feel and it feels like it has been a home forever i love that. I absolutely love old utensils, i always imagine the kitchens they neen in over time and the different women that have used them.

I just found your channel and I’m enjoying it so much!! We moved into my husband’s family 100+ year old farmhouse. Seeing your journey, renovation, decorating, cooking, and wisdom about farmsteading is inspiring!! Love the chair!!

I love that you used the “tool box” to hold silverware on the table. I have a similar one that was a gift from a friend. She told me it was originally a cutlery tray. But I have used it to store and display random things, as well as jars of silverware, like you. And, I love the big yellow ware bowl. The ones with the brown decoration are my favorite 😍

Turn those eggs into egg noodles. 2 cups flour 3 egg yolks 1 whloe egg, pinch of salt and enough water 1/4cup or so to combine. Use a food processor for easy prep. Roll as thick as you like cut and enjoy. You can dry them also for storing.

Love all your treasures. Your tablecloth really adds softness on dark furniture. Love that chair.❤

Great finds!! The bowls are called Yelloware, sometimes listed as Yellow ware. The cross stitch tablecloth is definitely hand made. They came stamped with the design and I would say it's older because newer ones come on an ugly, bright white fabric. Love the chair!!

I love refrigerator dishes for leftovers. They are perfect and look better than plastic.
Match holder for sure and would be cute for toothpicks.
Homemade butter dish for that heavy bowl??
Beautiful bowls! I love the yellow.
Great haul!

Loving how you styled the dining room table!

The wooden holder was definitely a what they used to call "Kitchen" match holder. The cardboard box sides had the material they used for striking the match on to light the match and the open sides on the wooden box exposed that material for striking. I have a painted metal one. Years ago they sometimes called those bowls "oatmeal" bowls. Love it all!

Thanks for using the dishes, for using cloth napkins... I love the art of dining over real cooked food on real dishes!!! I think of such an honor...❤

Love all your finds. The toolbox is a tool caddy. I have one & use it to store some garden tools. The linens are beautiful!

Beautiful pieces to add to your lovely home! The yellow bowls you love to stack, can be protected by layering a tea towel( flour sack) dish rag in-between the bowls to buffer and keep from cracking further. Table looks so nice with a tablecloth and the new center caddy is perfect for silverware I think. How nice is that chair and foot stool! Wow and so generous of her! Happy anniversary 🎂! Loved the great finds!

What great finds/treasures…I to love using vintage items that I (we my husband) find…you are the second person I’ve watched that actually uses the yellow ware bowls…a YouTuber I also watchJeri Landers, “Hapalong Hollow” she uses her yellow ware bowls also…I hav a collection of the blue stripe and brown…so now I’m using them too…the cutlery tray is what that is used for silver ware…at least that’s what I was told by my sister in-law…she’s a huge antique/garage sale gal…the chair and foot stool/ottoman you got is BEAUTIFUL and what a wonderful piece to have…I’m so glad I found your channel here…looking forward to your next one on your home, cooking and your WONDERFUL finds…✨😊

Score - all beautiful vintage items. Agee - the chair is stunning, absolutely beautiful; and matching footstool. Will be so pretty in the bedroom.
The smaller white bowl with stripe, restaurant ware.
I have smaller ones I've collected through the years and use them often. I like them because they're sturdier. I really, really like the double recipe box.
Good idea for the wood box silverware display.
All great items that work well in your collected home!
