I get mostly sourdough, for a long while now, stomach doesn't like the normal dough breads much. Actually I should stay off bread altogether...but..
Love the shots under water.. made me want to jump in there too, specially in the hotness of our weather that they allowed us to have.

The only place for seed oils is in your fuel tank. The only bread I have found that does not contain seed oils is Hovis Farmhouse.

Haven't had raw milk since I lived on farm and had to help milk the cows but vet injections back then and that was 70s lal💜🙏💜🧙‍♂️
