As he said in the video you can check any local schools for courses related to this and try to get enrolled. There's always the non school way which involves getting training from websites, attending training courses in your local area etc. But you will have to pay thousands out of pocket. If you are dedicated and willing the best route would be going to school for about 1 year or 2 to get experience. Inbox me if you need anymore help.
