Looking for the perfect snacks to take to this years super bowl party?? Look no further!
In this video we’re going to make a super easy buffalo style ‘chicken’ dip using soy curls
And mini hot dog pretzel bites
All plant based deliciousness! And relatively healthy for you:)

Buffalo dip
What you need-
1 cup soy curls
1 not chicken bouillon cube
3 cups boiling water
6 tablespoons red hot buffalo sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Chicken seasoning, or Lawrys seasoning salt
4 tablespoons plant based / vegan cream cheese
Hydrate soy curls for 5- work minutes in water, bouillon cube and first 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce
Drain curls and squeeze out access liquid
Pan fry in olive oil to brown edges for 2-3 minutes on medium heat adding 2 more tablespoons of buffalo sauce and 1 teaspoon of seasoning
Mix in the remaining buffalo sauce (2 tablespoons)
And 4 tablespoons of vegan cream cheese while curls are still warm. Serve hot- or cold
Great on bread, with chips, or with your favorite veggie tray.
Garnish with green onion, leek, or chopped tomato before serving.
Hot dog pretzel bites
What you’ll need-
3 jumbo lite life vegan hot dogs cut in 4ths
1 tube of premade pizza dough (Kroger brand happens to be vegan)
Large pot boiling water
Sea salt
1/3 cup baking soda
Condiments to dip in (I stayed basic and used yellow mustard and no sugar added ketchup)
Cut dough into long strips
Wrap hot dogs in dough- making sure to press dough together.
Add baking soda to bowling water. Keep in mind that the water will fizz a bit- so add slowly!
Boil bites until they float (about 3 minutes)
Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake at 375 until golden brown and not gummy. which is about 25 minutes.
Serve warm. And enjoy!!
