I made a Belgian Liege waffle for the first time! There are two types of Belgian waffles:
Brussels Waffle, and Liege Waffle
Brussels Waffle uses a thinner batter and has a lighter texture
Liege Waffle uses a thicker dough and has a chewier texture.
