INGREDIENTS:
Meatballs:
2lbs ground turkey (93% lean)
2 eggs
1/4 cup green onion
1 cup panko
Dash garlic powder
Dash pepper
Pinch of pink salt

Mix together well, using your hands if that is easiest & form your meatballs into balls. Place them onto a baking sheet and put into the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-20, or until cooked through.

Sauce (optional):
3 TBSP rice vinegar
3 TBSP soy sauce
3 TBSP honey
1 TSP toasted sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 TBSP ginger
1/4 cup sriracha

Whisk then simmer on the stove until the sauce gets thicker (2-4 mins). Remove from the heat and set aside until the meatballs are done in the oven.

Personally, I also steamed broccoli and made pasta to make a full meal with these meatballs, both very easy to make & very cheap from the store. Top your pasta with parmesan and add the spicy sauce onto the meatballs! Now you have delicious, juicy meatballs to look forward to a week of ready to go meals!

Do you add anything to the pasta (other than cheese) so it doesn’t stick together? Oil or any sauce? Thanks!
