$479, basically $500. A great value? Where? 540xl motor but only a 3s esc.... Not really an upgrade. This guy has to be drinking the Traxxas Kool-aid. It's a Traxxas 4x4 monster t truck, it's awesome. But come on $500 dollars? That's ridiculous. How could he say this is a great value with such a straight face.

That exposed servo is a MAJOR flaw, a couple landings on a rock and there will be damage...why did traxxas not cover it like, for example, on the summit (who will never jump as much as this one...)

I was at my LHS when UPS dropped their demo Hoss off today and got to unbox it. I was expecting a glorified Slash 4x4 but was pretty pleased with what I saw. I can see this truck being a replacement for the Stampede 4x4

480 and you still have weak shocks weak driveshaft and those two alone you are over 200$ just a complete scam vs the arrma v3 with a lot of upgrades for 20$ more than the v2
