10 Easy Baby Food Recipes- Episode 2
Hey lovely people! Welcome back to my channel and welcome if you're new!
As you may know I LOVE my food, and I know how hard it is as a parent to always think about new recipes and what to make for your baby and your family. So I've decided to offer you 10 Healthy & Easy Baby Food Recipes in 5 different episodes!
In episode #2 I will be showing you 2 super easy dishes- Super easy finger food fritters and a bit of Mediterranean flare with Quinoa or Cous Cous sauce.

Fritters
INGREDIENTS
50g plain flour
50 ml of your baby's usual milk (breast milk / formula / cow's milk)
1 egg
Handful of sweetcorn
Handful of spinach
1 spring onion or 1/4 of an onion
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder (normal garlic is fine too!)
Knob of butter for frying
METHOD
1. Put all the ingredients in a mini chopper
2. Blend the ingredients until smooth
3. Heat the pan with some butter
4. Pour the mix into the pan, creating about 4 small round fritters
5. Cook for approx 2 mins each side
5. Enjoy!
Quinoa or Cous Cous with Peppers and Chopped Tomatoes
INGREDIENTS
Extra virgin olive oil
1 Red Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper ( a mixture of colours is fine)
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Garlic or garlic powder
1 onion
Cous cous or (approx 20g) Quinoa
Approx 200ml low salt stock
Mixed herbs
Parmesan cheese/ Soft cheese (Optional)
METHOD
1. Chop the onions and peppers
2. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onions for 3/4 mins until soft
3. Add the peppers and cook until soft (approx 4 mins)
4. Add the chopped tomatoes, mixed herbs and stock
5. Cook for about 12-15 minutes
6. Measure the cous cous and put to soak
7. Blend the sauce (Optional)
8. Mix the sauce with the cous cous or quinoa
9. Add parmesan cheese or soft cheese
10. ENJOY!
