This one gooooooes out, tooooooo the one I...
Oh wait that song wasn't in RB yet (well technically at least. Shoutouts once again to community made backwards compatibility)
Had some fun with the modifiers with this song, this was my first run with the Gem Color Shuffle mod enabled. It's very reminiscent of the color shuffle option on Warriors of Rock, really cool that it was able to be added into this game too!
This was also a very solid squeezing performance, I got everything I was going for and also had great ticks (blah blah blah, easy to drop sustain ends on low delay - I say it on every video, surely by now you know the drill). I dropped a few throughout but most notably part of an orange sustain in the solo but it only cost a few points since it was a single note, and no real OD loss since any that would have been lost was immediately replaced with the early whammy from the next note. It's a tough instinct to _not_ strum too early on consecutive OD sustains.
The hardest act was the non-tick squeeze right after the solo, it's a little tricky to get the timing just right but luckily this chorus 3 act isn't tight so there's at least some wiggle room.
Even though there aren't that many points on this song, this score beat 1st place on SH by a sizable 1237 points.
Modifiers used:
- 60 FPS Venue (didn't matter in this case - Music Video venues are always locked to 30 FPS)
- Post FX disabled
- Gem Color Shuffle
- Highway: Transparent
- Streak: YARG (Orange)
- Overdrive: RB1 Guitar (0.84, 0.51, 0.31)
- Static Gems: Rock Band 2 DX
- Strikeline: Plastic
- Flames: RB4 Legacy
- Sustains: RB2
- Score: RB3
- Crowd Meter: YARG
- Track Rails: Sunset
- Overdrive Bar: Rainbow
- Multiplier Ring: Rock Band 2 DX
