Thanks for the explanation. I have found that the options market is very efficient, and it is really difficult to find a system that works consistently. This system of buying long dated calls and selling short dated calls seems like it would work well if the stock price does not move much, but if the stock goes way up or way down, your long dated option would lose its effectiveness. I think the computer programs really control the options market, and they are very good at finding any options that are not priced properly.

Thank you for the video...so basically you buy and call spread and when in the money you just keep rolling the Option until your desire date?
