China is undertaking the world's most audacious water engineering project - the South-North Water Diversion Project - a $65 billion megaproject literally changing the direction water flows across an entire country.

This massive network of canals, tunnels, and aqueducts stretches 2,700 miles across Chinese terrain, designed to move water from the water-rich south to the parched north where 65% of China's farmland and nearly half its population reside.

We dive deep into this monumental project and analyze the displacement of 330,000 people, the unexpected ecological consequences from disappearing rivers to saltwater intrusion, and examine whether this engineering marvel will successfully solve China's water crisis or create new environmental challenges that will haunt future generations.

Let's get away from India's complaints on rare earth availability! This project is more interesting where China plans her know-hows to improve the long term interests of her people. China seems to be the only nation, where the interests of the majority of her people come first!
On doubt, once she resolve her logistics needs by using the most suitable mode of transportation to improve transit time and at lower cost. Isn't that the dream of logistics players?
China had already transported the largest tonnage by inland waterways, upping the combined tonnage of US and EU. Didn't China already operating solar driven ships along the Yangtze River?
This mode of energy should interest all those nations with plenty of sunshine! Waht about ASEAN members?
