Pokemon Sun and Moon: Rarest Ally Pokemon! - Woopsire

Welcome to my newest video on Pokemon Sun and Moon, today we will be taking a look at some of the rarest and hard to find pokemon! These rare ally pokemon are typically some of the hardest to find pokemon, and some of these are even the hardest to catch! These are all found through SOS hunting and chaining, but I'll even tell you where these rare pokemon are locationed.

What the game considers night and day isn't necessarily shown by the sky. I've noticed that around the time that the game considers day to change to night, it might be dark in the sky but daytime Pokémon show up, and around the time that night turns to day, you'll see the sky go blue but still be able to encounter night time Pokémon. This tends to happen if you were hunting between around 5:30 and 6:00 (both am and pm respectively).

I found a bagon after 3 hours of searching, but I got the salamence after just three SOS encounters lmao

I found 17 salamence until I found a shiny bagon...why...

it probably was morning (that somehow counts as night) or you started the battle at night time as you found that umbreon

Once I found the Bagon (which only took a few minutes), the first thing it called was Salamence. Did not have that same luck with Politoed. Found Poliwag immediately, spent hours trying to find Politoed. Worth it- good nature, good IVs, and she has Drizzle. A Jangmo-o I found kept calling Kommo-o xD I was looking for Jangmo-o cuz I need the Razor Claw and realised very quickly it won't call other Jangmo-o.

Castform appeared immediately to me as well, just like with Salamence. PS: you left out Castform, who only appears in SOS battles when there are weather effects on the field, I believe.

That "Day" Umbreon probably came in just before the game switched out of night at 5:30/6:00. It's still bright like day out, but the game registers it as night until it hits the right time. You'll notice the sky is still kind of a paler blue than usual. S'cuz it's not fully switched into Day. I'm not sure which time is right. The sky starts to get light/dark before 5:30, but I don't think it's fully switches until 6.

When I was shiny hunting Eevee a Espeon showed up

ACTULLY woop in the garden it doesn't always rain but you can still get the Pokemon because you can use rain dance

Also worth noting: if the rare Pokemon you encounter is the 11-20th in a row for the same Pokemon calling for the SOS, one of the 6 stats on it will be at max base. The 21-30th will have 2 max base stats, and so on up to 4 max base stats if you manage to keep an SOS Pokemon alive long enough to get 40 allies. What's better than rare? Rare AND God tier!!!

I accidentally stumbled upon a bagon that called in a salamence
I killed them both

3:41 so time of day in Sun and Moon runs off a 6-6 system with the AM and PM being inverted in Moon. the possible encounter tree for SOS battles is selected at the start of the battle but the background changes with the time so if you started thr SOS chain at 5:55 in your games night then went into the day time without breaking the chain youd still encounter Umbreon during the day as the encounter slot wont change till you get into another batle

If you start an eevee chain at night, you can sos chain until it turns morning and you can still get the chance of spawning an umbreon, same for espeon you can start in the day and end at night and you can still find an espeon even at night

That is literally the best Bagon I have ever seen in my entire life. What nature was it? Modest? So amazing!!!
