More or less the HTD business model is thriving given the skilled talent shortage and needs of large to mid size companies. This is why for anyone that is within our ecosystem, we encourage them to leverage non-profits and organizations that are working to train up a pipeline of talent to help companies and put a foot in the door for talent.

College is not a s scam. The high tuition is a scam. If tuition was reasonable like 1500 a semester

If no one is going to say it I'm gonna say it, why should we listen to someone who never actually went to college say "College is a scam" ? College is what you make it, if you have the money and want to develop skills and network with people, go to college but don't feel like it's necessary.

Definately informative at this point I've completed a 9 month cyber security boot camp thru Digicrafts I currently have ITF+ and Security+ would you suggest I take this course to get my foot in the door? I'm 48 years old and was in an accident and lost my left leg i was a business owner at the time. When i got out of the hospital i decided to do something for myself and tech is what i chose. I want to enter sales bcuz at my age i don't have time to climb the corporate ladder the traditional way. I need ur mentorship to move a fast as possible!

a commission based job with a base salary may not be a wise decision long-term. Everybody different tho....

Hi is there any way to work in tech part time? I have a full time in-person job I’m committed to for the next year for both personal and professional reasons (if I left now, it would be a disaster for the people depending on me and it’s funding at risk). If I planned to leave next year May, that would give appropriate time to transition the role to someone else. However, I am really eager to get into tech sales right now for experience and compensation, instead of waiting a whole year. I prefer tech sales, but I’m open to other fields if that can’t be done part time. Thank you.
