So for those of you who don't know, this isn't the full speech he gives these generals (it seemingly was edited right after he speaks about the crimean bridge being destroyed). He claims that Ukraine also blew the power lines from a nuclear plant and cut water from Donetsk and insists that cutting water supply to a city with a million people in it is genocide. I assume that's because this is unconfirmed and it's trying to keep the information accurate but either way, not a wise move to edit that.

Matter of the fact is, Russia launched missiles and dropped ordnances into civilian areas from the very beginning of this campaign so the accusation that 'they started it' is completely bogus to me. Ukraine apparently has proven it can strike critical targets WITHIN Russian territory recently after they took out various war planes that have been used to fire cruise missiles yet seemingly have avoided targetting civilians and civilian infrastructure.

Im wondering why Ukraine dont destroy many electricity stations in Russia. To make them feel what its like. For far too long Russia has gone along with Putin's killing as if it has nothing to do with them. Maybe having no heating will help them to understand
