That’s what I liked about Lake Las Vegas, EVERYTHING is modern. Sometimes, Spanish & Tuscan are breath of fresh air, in a cold modern home. That feel like museums than an actual home. This is a nice house tho.

I never thought I'd see the day when any LV "luxury builder" would admittedly cut as many HUGE corners as possible, yet still attempt to charge an exorbitant price point that SHOULD include everything you admitted they cut out "because New owner" Home automation, sunscreens/shades speaker system etc, at this advertised price point are "normal" expectation. It makes one wonder what corners were cut on "unseen" things behind the drywall, under the slab, in the roof etc, especially in a home they are trying to set a record price-point on. Beautiful home... but if you want that price it needs to be complete.
