SHARING MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE 📢📢📢:

I was into the Zina of eyes(porn Addiction) and i was very deep into it.

I tried many tips that i heard from some of the Islamic speakers, BUT None proved to be helpful than except self restrain.

I left porn through self restrain and the key to have self restrain is through your SALAH(NAMAZ) !!

I know Self restrain is HARD BUT it can be made very easy when you pray your salah as it should be prayed(with khushoo and Concentration).

Pray your salah carefully🙏🙏.

Believe me!
I gained self restrain and control over my nafs by simply praying my salah with khushoo and concentration.
