Hello, Please subscribe for reviews of the tuner and after videos of the performance. In this video, I went through the process of deleting my truck with the H&S Mini Max Tuner. This tuner kit cost me about 1200$. Unfortunately, my phone had a glitch and I lost a lot of content that I will never get back so I just went over it with another video, and so that's why I have a lot of repetitive details in the video. But I did go over any major details of the process and in this video, I disconnected the EGR but not removed it completely. I have a 2014 Ford F-350 6.7L Diesel. And I couldn't find a video that went through the process of deleting the truck that was easy and smooth. So I did some research and Talked to some friends. And I put this video together.

I would make sure your program tune loads first. Then unplug a couple EGR sensors to make sure no issues.
You remove all that & tune doesn't take you are stranded

I put a 30 inch magna flow muffler that way it’s not loud and noisy. Sounds like I didn’t do anything and I left the double tips because that’s the big giveaway and I have absolutely no smoke.

I just saw a thing on HS tunes- and why you shouldn’t use them. I’m new to deisels, I have a 6.4 Powerstroke that isn’t deleted yet(not until I own it) so I’m glad I happened across that video- tells me I need to do more homework. Guaranteed, I would have been that guy

the point of doing a EGR delete is so your truck is not recirculating the exhaust gas the way you did it it is still recirculating. the truck just doesn't know it. the reason for premature wear and why modern diesels don't last as long is because it is basically rolling coal right into the intake

Appreciate the vid bud. Like you I just realized this kits are on sell but because the mini max isn’t supported anymore but I found this and appreciate it.

Are you still running with the EGR not being taken out and just unplugged? I just worry about crap building up in there is all..

They’re sending me the V2 because I have the V 1 😊that would not turn off the code for the CCV. How is yours working with that? Well, the V2 doesn’t work so we went with the EZ link, which works very well.

Where did you get your kit and what was the final cost? Were there any gotchas while performing the installation? My '11 6.7 is starting to throw DPF codes and after getting 2 bad sensors I'm done with the crap

Is disconnecting the egr or putting block off plates a better idea with what you did here?

Mini max with mcc software does the job nicely. I tune all my friends rigs with the mcc software on the mini maxx v1. But I agree get ez lynk. Or efi live, hp tuners. Hp and efi have great customer service still, IV never been priveledged to use ez lynk I have an 08 Cummins, but by the looks of it. I’d say ez lynk is probably the best because of the data logger you can connect to your phone, pretty handy.

I am Japanese. I need your help. I removed the DPF and made it a straight pipe. I also removed the EGR coupler. Do I need a computer to write data to the vehicle using the H&S tuner? Or can I do it with just the H&S tuner?
