I have a director in mind that could do a really great solo Star Lord movie, and I know many will disagree this because it's out of left field. But I want Mel Gibson; similar to the tone and style of Hacksaw ridge. Can you imagine SL going to a warzone type planet and wanting to do something to help the effort by himself. But his personal challenge to overcome, It's not gonna be to not kill but sbout using his grief for everything he's lost to keep someone from losing theirs.
