It's why you have them. If you are fairly confident their use will result in an early kill it's totally worth it to use them and snowball yourself and your lanes. No point having them if you don't plan to utilize.

the thing is that at 1:55 u probably leash/pull blue/red buff thats why u take a spell
second thing is that when u start laning u take the skill to harass and farm

some people play safe and don't take any ability even till level 2, just if they get ganked at level 1 like that

Well, minions spawn at 1:30, and get to middle of the lane around, 1:50 or so? so waiting 15 seconds after farming isn't unusual. Especially if you are expecting an early gank.

I think if you always realise this in a game as a jungler, save ur jumps and cc, you're already a pretty good jungler :)

If I'm mid with Vlad I don't usually pick a skill till level 2, his level 1 q harass is usually a lot weaker than whoever I'm against so its not worth harassing until I have e as well.
