I make chicken and salsa and put it on rice it's so good.

We use Sunbutter aka Sunflower Seed butter in place of peanut butter. A lot of school cafeteria’s use it too. They have some really “clean” version along with the original. They sell it at most main stream grocery stores and of course on Amazon. My kids love it. We buy ours in bulk online. It has a very similar taste to peanut butter. I get the “ natural “ one but they have a organic and no sugar as well. My kids love the Aldi baby food pouches. My 6 year old took them to school. No one said anything. It is a small Catholic school but I don’t think it made a difference in reactions. They just saw it as his snack like an applesauce pouch. I love the girls dresses! Do you know where they are from?
