There are different parts of being a kart driver you do well at and some you struggle with. This video covers something I struggle with a bit because the situation doesn't happen all of the time.

I've been karting in Southern California since the 60's (I still get teary eyed when I think of my beloved Westbend 820), but as I enter the downside of my 70's, I feel every ache and every old war wound, and no longer have the killer instinct that I had when I was in my 40's. Now, I'm perfectly content to "drive" my Kali to a content top 10 finish, and dream about past podium finishes in my old KT 100 powered TNR (Tom Nields) Margay. But I'm content to watch your videos and dream of races gone by.

Love your videos. They are very helpful to someone who is starting to race like me.

Judging by this onboard, your wrists/forearms/shoulders don't look strong enough. You're turning the wheel by pulling with the hand on the inside. This drastically reduces stability and precision - the 2 most important things. Strengthen your arms, shoulders and back, so you'll be able to turn with the hand on the outside. You'll find a lot of time through this

Hi, how fast can a 50cc engine go? I am building my own kart and found a cheap 50cc 4t motor.

What tyres are you using ? And what did you set the cold pressures to ? Times came on strong at the end

How are you able to keep your speed while cornering on that slippery track?
