FAMiLY OF 10~ DOLLAR TREE DiNNER~ GROCERY HAUL & COOKiNG 😉😋

Welcome to my first Dollar Tree Dinner. It kinda got mixed reviews from my family, but I won’t give up. It’s definitely a challenge but I won’t back down! I already have ides to fix and make changes for the next Dollar Tree Dinner this week coming up. The cost was $44 but could be made way way cheaper.
Egg Roll Stir fry Recipe:

Ingredients:

Sweet chili sauce
Sweet teriyaki
2 cans peas, drained
2 bags jasmine rice, cooked
2 bags frozen pepper mix
2 bags veggie medley
2 tablespoons garlic plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons garlic & pepper sesoning
Veggies and pork egg rolls
1/2 cup coconut milk
Oil for frying

Directions:

1. Cook me prepare rice according to big
2. Add frozen veggies, oil, and spices to on and cook on medium high heat till veggies are cooked and water is gone.
3. On another pan add cut up egg rolls and oil and cook on medium heat until egg rolls are crispy.
4. To the oiled wok add rice, chili sauce, teriyaki, coconut milk, and more garlic.
5. Stir in peas and veggies. Mix me cook on low for 15 minutes.
6. Top with egg roll pieces.

Note: when I make this again, I would use insides to put into rice and fry shells till crispy and sprinkle on top.

Polish sausage, sliced into coins, stir fry, and add bell peppers (all colors), sliced, sweet onions sliced, and add garlic powder and seasoned salt. Serve in a bowl or on tortillas. I eat mine with yellow mustard, but the hubby eats his with bbq sauce 😋 fast, easy and cheap 😊

I'd say you nailed this challenge. The dinner sounds fantastic! Their Egg Rolls are phenomenal, especially the Lobster ones. Terrific haul!!❤❤

Hey my sister, when she does stir fry. She buys egg roll wrappers. But she cuts them in strips and fry’s them like that, and put them on the side so you can add them to the stir fry when you serve it. Yummm so good

Not bad for Dollar Tree so that's about $4.40 per person and that includes a dessert. I don't like soy sauce so i use sweet and sour sauce. I agree crisp up the outer egg
roll. Can't wait to see the next Dollar Tree meal

I had a cousin that did masonry cement work for a living & I remember how give out that he was when he came home from work and I love seeing this type of stuff with Brother Luke playing with the kids!!! I was thinking like Spam or tuna or boxed pots or noodles, veggies, dinner rolls and dessert cupcakes with decorated tops. Fun to prepare a meal from $ Tree, ha!

Just put a lid over the skillet for like 10-15 minutes to thaw the frozen veggies, so they will not get too broken up. 😊❤
