Analog Four MKII Session 5

Показать описание
One thing I love about the Analog Four is how you can assign up to 5 synth parameters or effects to each of the 10 performance controls. This opens up a lot of possibilities for improvisation and often leads to surprises, due to the many ways the controls can combine/interact. So every time I perform the same track it can sound quite different.

Recorded in 1 take with no edits as usual.

Recorded into Logic Pro X via SSL SiX mixer (and its G Bus Compressor), Analog Heat MKII (Saturation circuit), A Designs Pacifica preamp and Apogee Duet 2 audio interface (with preamps bypassed).
I just turned on the Eventide Space pedal for a reverb trail at the very end.

Wow! You are bringing in the “nastiness” out of this gentlemanish instrument! Goes to tell what this is capable of. Enjoyed your performance! Thank you

Cool performance. Great sounds you got out of that old school monster!

Nice jam. I'm waiting on an A4 right now and would be very interested in any info or a video about how you think about grouping parameters for performance controls. There are some combos that seem obvious like envelope shape + reverb/delay + filter cutoff/resonance, but I'm sure there are lots of cool possibilities that haven't occurred to me.

We need retrigs for notes (aka ratchets) for A4 MK2! IMHO it's unfair that Elektron Rytm does have it but A4 - doesn't! Workaround with LFO on VCA... not quite there.
