Will AX pro kit function if the internet cable for the house router is cut off by the burglars, and there is no gprs sim in the unit, will the alarm trip and the beacon and sound inside/outside alarm start in the case that the sensors senses some movements after the internet is cut off?

Hi Dave, I have 2 zones of which I would like them to work separately. I have a day zone, I want all the detectors to work. I have a night zone, I want everything to work except 3 zones in the house where my dog walks around freely. Everything works when I switch on neither of the 2 zones but the general one. When I switch on night, nothing works. How can I change that please?

Hi Dave, at 45:15 how did you get the countdown buzzer?
Do I need the internal sounder in order to get the delay zone to make a sound? If I don't have an internal sounder, how do I get audio countdown in a delay zone? Many thanks

Does anyone know if the Indoor and Outdoor Alarm Buzzers can be set to flash the LED's silently on activation?? I want to setup the Duress push button to flash the LED's on those units internally (or use an external unit internally cause its a nice big light) without setting off the buzzer.

Hi Dave, have they introduced a pet sensor yet? Also what is the range on these devices and do they only transmit back to the panel or can each detector act like a repeater too?

Hi Dave, I've just had the AX Pro wireless alarm fitted with just 2 door sensors and fobs. The problem is I have been getting all day long, messages on my Hik Connect app saying Wired Network Disconnected and seconds later it says Wired network connected. Do you know what is causing this problem?

How to remove user from the ax pro ? I've added new user (admin) and I cannot as admin do anything, I still have to use installer app to manage MY devices. That is a shock. Can't find how to remove the user and how to add new home users. I have other alarm from the guarding company and you can add easily new users to the system (this one costed in total over $1400 while the other less than $200 (with promo from them but...).
