Zaporozhian Cossacks reply to Vladimir Putin

*Notes:*
*"We-are-not-there/They (our troops) are not there"* -- a Russian-language Internet meme that reflects Russia’s obstinate denial of its military presence in hybrid wars, and above all, during the intervention in Crimea and Donbas, despite the obvious facts to the contrary.
The meme was borne after a statement by Vladimir Putin on March 4, 2014, at a press conference in response to a question about the origin of the military that seized Crimea. He claimed that there are no Russian soldiers there.
