Was the Union Budget 2019 an interim budget in actual sense?

With full tax rebate upto 5 lakh annual income after all deductions and Rs. 6,000 annual for the farmers, was this budget an interim one in actual sense or was it that it was a purely election based budget? It's the same what P.Chidambaram did during similar election time.. BJP brought some sanity at least initially, but if you got to survive such politics, you gotta do what's done.. end of day tax payer is taken for ride and no one works stops corruption and boosts economy.. both parties are the same in my view.. it's going to be choice between bad Vs evil..

Telangana' s rythu bandhuu scheme is absolute scrap. I will explain there is no limit for the extent of land a farmer holds Ok. According to telangana agriculture economics about 70% farmers have an average of 2 acres of land. So the government is giving 4000 for one acre for one season and another 4000 for another crop season. So if for example if I have 2 acres of land then for 2 acres I will get only get 8000 for 2 acres and another 8000 acres for another season. A person B has 10 acres of land then he gets 40000 rupees for season 1 and another 40000 for season 2 in total for annum he would get 80000 whereas I would get only 16000. So, tell me who is getting benefit absolutely the person B who has more land. So tell me is it possible to cultivate the crop in only 8000. Whereas I have to pay about 8000 for tractor and fuel and I have to pay for fertilizer, pesticides and labour. So do you think I can do all these things in only 8000. Easily it would cost about rupees. So this rythu banduu scheme is abosolutely misleading of funds .

Minimum basic is possible. about 73 million Indians live under extreme poverty according to The future development blog of brookings. So if we take 73 million at rupees 1500 it will take about 10096 crores as a rough estimate per month. They are keeping it secret about how they will get money. As elections approaches more near they will slowly tell how they will get money.
