Tuareg 660 First Ride and Impressions

The first 125 Miles and my initial impressions...solid bike and no complaints so far...but heck - it's only 125 miles...how can it not be good right?

I would recommend breaking the bike in before you post. Let the bike speak to you for awhile before you share. Most people interested in your content will value you it all the more knowing that you have had time with the bike really putting it through its paces.

It does have cruise control. You mention in the beginning of the video that it doesn’t. I have the RS660 and the button is on the top of the left hand controls.

After the 6 minute mark you have the traction control working against you in the sand, that’s why the engine is bogging down. You’ll want ATC off completely for sand or deep mud. You can adjust the ATC (auto traction control) on-the-fly by moving the cruise control lever +\- and you’ll see it pop up on your menu. Those on-the-fly settings will reset after shutdown. So I also recommend going into the menu and adjusting the Off-Road map settings, lowering the ATC value to zero and ABS (front wheel) setting to 1.
