Let’s learn how to pronounce the sound / ŋ /:
Imagine that you have a trunk like an elephant and pronounce sound /ŋ/ through your trunk! So, this sound is what we call a ‘nasal’ sound as the sound is produced through the ‘nose’.

Let’s try really slowly: curl your tongue up to the back of the top of your mouth, blocking the entire throat, then when you sound out, you sounding /ŋ/ through the nose, as you get the /ŋ/ parts, you’re dropping the tongue at the front.
