Another great review for folks consideration. Looks to me that you covered most of the Pro's and Con's that I would have been interested in. I do have a Rocket Mozzafiato with the PID, Rotor Pump and the Heat Exchanger and really love it. I chose the Heat Exchanger over the Dual Boiler because there are only two of us in the house and I didn't think I needed the dual boiler. So far that decision has paned out. Again, you do an awesome job in your reviews and your presentation is pleasant as well.

Hey Joe, nice review! I was considering getting one of these when they first came out, but wasn't sure about the hot, protruding E61 brew group and having little kids. Since then, the looks have also gotten better. Nice fat feet and black dials on that machine. Rotary pump is sweet too! All the best! Tom

Another great review as usual. On the bar pressure, Seven Mile coffee roasters did a comparison video on it. Definitely different outcome than what I expected in regards to higher vs lower bars of pressure.
