Thank you sooo much Shona for explaining runner's knee. Mine came on quite suddenly 2 months ago and thank goodness I immediately sought professional help. I'm 6 weeks into physio, strength training and, also had new inlays fitted to correct overpronation. My question is: will it ever get better? Am feeling so despondent..
