Downside of the Legend skins have unique recall but cannot be layered with recall effects while the series skins have unique recalls plus you can layer it with another recall effect.

Tbh it would be better if the change form activates everytime he commits a full combo and would revert back to normal after a few seconds so theres more form change frequency
