I love shop tips!! Learning better ways to do things.

Here, my goal is to share with you things I've learned over the years to help you out. These are tips and mistakes I've made over the years.
In this video, I discuss a super simple trick to keep your car doors from freezing shut. This uses a simple household product you probably have in your kitchen right now. With just a minute of time you can help prevent the huge pain of you car door being frozen shut.

If you have a suggestion for a shop tip, make a comment on what you know and maybe I'll make a video about it.

Good tip your vids have helped me in the past and I appreciate it. I smiled a little bit and chuckled when you pulled out the Pam cooking spray as it reminded me of Joe Dirt's similar remedy for dog balls being stuck to the front porch on a frozen night😂

Do you think this works because of the lower freezing point of some oils, or due to forming a moisture barrier that keeps the water off? I would think it would be a little of both. I found a good chart that lists different freezing points, maybe those that live in super cold climates might find it helpful. Cottonseed oil goes to -55F!
