How I Bought My First Property At 22 Years Old

It all started when I saw a sign "For Sale by Owner" (listed at $110,000) outside a house, and I knew it right then and there that it's mine. I even negotiated it for just $100,000. After getting the information from the owner and relaying it to my mentor, we found out that with proper improvements, the house can fetch up to $150,000. After rejections from 2 banks, finally, the 3rd bank approved me. Then we bought the house. So that's where it first started.
