You're on the right track. But it's not about being seen and heard, That's women's therapy. Not a joke (although somewhat humorous), look it up lol. It's about not being exploited (different than contribution) for the sake of a corporate entity.

Close but its not about being seen and heard, its because we were relentlessy taugh by boomers and gen x teachers that respect is a two way street and must be earned.
