Lena Despontin, 23, from Dubai, is a member of cabin crew, which often results in her going long periods of time without seeing her family.
In October 2019 Lena’s grandparents Claude, 91, and Sabine, 84, boarded a flight from France to Dubai to visit their beloved granddaughter.
Shortly after they had taken their seats, Lena came out of the cabin crew area and approached her grandparents to ask if they needed anything.
