Trading psychology is simply regular psychology. It's understanding your own behavioral patterns and creating rules to off se that. If you know you get angry when you lose, for example, simply trade 3 times a week only until you get used to losing. This will also increase patience. So it's not bullshit it's simply understanding who you, the individual trader, are. You don't even need to trade to understand yourself. Simply ask yourself if you do what you say you're going to do. Like how many times have you said I'll stop drinking, or doing drugs or yelling at people. Just look at how you live your life and boom, you'll understand your patterns. Basically, how can you believe you'll follow your trading strategy when money's involved if you can't even listen to yourself.
