This reporter's notion about "pre-teen and teens' electronic fluency" is a joke. Very few of these kids even know Ohm's Law. They don't know AC or DC circuits, or even basic electricity. All they know is how to swipe, poke, text, and blab!

It's 2019 and luckily, the young people all gave up face book, thank god ..everyone should delete their fb account. That's where most of Russian meddling happened . And had American voters voting against their own self interest . Say NO to face book
