I'll be adding this in addition to my gym exercises, I feel body weight is more helpful than gym, plus it will get me more gains too. Good routines brother, thanks for your content and I will definitely hit you up on IG, I need a good plan to follow. Intermittent fasting got me so far, time to get down with some good diet
