Matching the Hatch Fly Fishing Arizona Creeks!

On this trip we traveled north to do some creek fishing in Payson, Arizona! We were looking to get into some big browns on the fly and do some sifting in the water through rocks to see what the fish were eating. After a slow start to the morning around 2:30 PM we changed tactics to some nymphing and managed to hook into 20+ fish on the day! This included a couple browns in the 12-15 inch range!
