Now this is a natural MG. Finally, a car that carries the weight of MG heritage like a boss. I fell in love with this car immediately.

Did you get any chance to look at the boot? A spy shot online, shows that only the top lifts, and tail stays down- almost like a clam shell bonnet. So the boot looks like a bucket.

But I'm curious of size, depth and shape of the boot.

Also noticing that the price estimate is creeping up, all pre-blurb mentioned it being 'disruptively' priced low 40s in sterling - similar to how the MG4 undercut everything by so much.

Now its 50s sterling, and that's before we get it in Ireland. Ok the mention it's lack of EV roadster rivals but it still has to compete with MX5, Z4,

That really is a stunning looking car! Presume this is an actual production version? Sure it will be expensive in the trim shown as this must be the top spec but still what a scoop for MG to be putting out something like this.

Stunning looking car and a great price but that steering yoke is just dumb. If the yoke is directly attached to the steering column, it means awkward hand over hand turning for no benefit. If it's steer by wire, then it means weird steering, lack of feedback and a latency between a person steering and the wheels responding.

Probably won't be available in the US since it is owned by a Chinese company. Successful Chinese products will be deemed a "national security risk" in the US.

Love the car ~ only thing is hate those rear arrows. They look like some sort of font that's been downloaded from Office on your PC. Very ameteurish and a school boy error. With all the other beautiful curvacious lines, this in my opinion is a grave error.
In design the golden rule of avoiding mixing curvacious lines with straight, unless done with extreme care has been fundementally broken.

Hate the doors and I cannot stand all those screens. They need to offer a RETRO dash give people a choice.
