Old me was so incredibly insecure … I spoke so negatively about myself and never truly felt beautiful.

I tried everything to lose weight to feel better about myself … AND I MEAN EVERYYYYTHANGGG. And with each failed weight loss attempt I spiraled further into self hate. For me choosing VSG was choosing to finally do something that would work for me , and finally having the courage to take control of my life.

By no means was this easy …. Buy boyyyyyy was it worth it 💕
