So glad you followed your gut feelings and moved on. Three years ago I transitioned from crew to manager and with that came new challenges, responsibilities and yes stress 😬. I also am taking meds for blood pressure and panic attacks, both of which I never had before. I have met with resistance as well In the beginning friends resented me but In time I earned respect. I tell my crew that I am not there boss I am there coach and I am here to help. The more improvements you make the better things will get for everyone.👍

I used to work at Stroger on the Trauma unit....jumped that ship in 2019, I have been a manager for case managers at various MCO's. I totally work from home and haven't looked back! I am in the South Suburbs maybe we will get a chance to DP together some time!!!! Congratulations, won't he do

I admire you being a nurse and all that you are able to do! I could not do it! My father was Chief of General Surgery at a well known hospital in the Columbus, OH area for many years. He always wanted me to go into nursing and I never chose that field. I think that was a huge disapointment for him. It is wonderful that you chose to do this! You can do it! It will all work out!❤️
