I was absolutely obsessed with Lego Indiana jones as a kid. Loved playing with them and loved the printing on all the figs. So happy they brought the sets back

The old one is peak. Its may be nostalgia or whatever but its got an aura of adventure to it. Like you want to pick it up and play with it

2008 for sure, the face looks more rugged, and idk the hair on the new one makes him look like hes really dapper, its neat and tidy when honestly it shouldnt be

I mean the hat hair is SOOO MUCH better on the new one but otherwise I mean not drastically but the older one is better in literally every other way though SOOO happy Lego Indian jones is back but uh PLEASE LEGO PLEASE LEGO PLEASE MAKE IT INTO A VEDIO GAME PLEASE LEGO I BEG YOU!

I think the old head and pants with the new hat and torso would make the perfect mini fig indie

I kinda prefer the bolder lining on the old figure, plus the belt looks more detailed

I remember i used my uncle's old indy minifig and gave it a hair piece to make it han solo. Ahh, old times

The hat hair piece looks great, but if you try to take his hat off to recreate the closing door scene it has the hair attached to it which looks ridiculous. On the box they just show him grabbing his whip from under the door because they realized how ridiculous the hat hair would be in that instance, but it’s such an iconic scene they had to include some sort of homage to it.

I know the one on the left has the older style of eyes they don’t use anymore but they honestly just fit Harrison ford so much better than the new ones

The original figure is iconic, I remember wanting those sets so bad. I loved the Lego Indiana Jones games when I was a kid. Both look great, but out of sheer bias, I have to give it to the original. The hair-hat combo looks odd to me, and I don't like the new face either.

Honestly I think the best is a combination of both
Face from the old, Hat from the new (without the hair), Body from the old one with the new one's backprint, and Belt from the old one and legs from the new, both are good
