In order to quickly add a set of PBR textures and maps with node wrangler add-on, just highlight the principled BSDF and press Ctrl+Shift+T, select in the filemanager all the maps you need for that material and the add-on will do the magic for you ;-)

This is a great add-on. I was using Speedtree but this has a similar node setup and is beginner friendly.
This has the potential to be Blender's alternative to SpeedTree.

I usually to make trees with Vue (e-on software). But their trees have flat twigs made with alpha plans. This addon is far far better and realistic. And I have to say that Vue is very expensive. Thank you for this tutorial! Very complete!

You can just check "auto-update" and dont need to execute tree every time

NOTE: You might have to restart your Blender to see that the MTree addon loaded in correctly.
