Thanks for reacting to Dan’s stunning version of this beloved hymn, with his harmonica standing in for the traditional bagpipes. What an outstanding, carefully-constructed performance. BTW, there’s no “they” in Dan’s videos - it’s all just him. He lights, directs, records, and edits them himself. He also usually mixes them too, and until recently did his own mastering. And all done in his garage studio in Brazil. Dan’s a musical wizard and great singer, with the most beautiful, versatile, and powerful voice I’ve heard in decades. Just one more note - not everything he does is metal or metalized. He has extensive training in both classical and metal techniques, so he can and does sing a variety of styles and genres, and sings them absolutely straight if that’s how they should be sung. Angels heard on high he starts in Italian, then German, then the choir effect with 100 layers of his own voice in Portuguese and the last verse in English. The chorus is done in Latin. Nessun Dorma, showscases his operatic skills and is epic.

In my opinion, Dan is by far the most versatile singer on YouTube and beyond. Dan is never predictable, you never know how he will sing a song. He is always full of surprises.
