Oh I'm sooo bummed I missed this!!! A really cool thing to do might be to use Parameters to switch databases/stored procedures/tables etc. (Can you pass values via PowerBI parameters to stored procedure calls? I would think you could basically frankenstein a string together and pass that back to SQL Server.)

At 36:31, to change the table name instead of clicking the 'Edit query' we can use 'Rename' option in the same options popup.
